The London-based 46-year-old, a former aerial installer from Limerick, had a stellar year thanks to the 20% rise in luxury-goods spending in the UK capital. His Mayfair-based Tribeca Holdings has a portfolio of prime retail units in Knightsbridge, Bond Street, Covent Garden and the Old Spitalfields market. He has signed up new leases with Chanel, Rolex, Patek Philippe and several Estée Lauder brands in the past 12 months. He also has properties in New York, Los Angeles and Paris and acts as a dealmaker for John Magnier and JP McManus (both qv). The family has €176m in other assets.
